Shipping & Returns

All items are shipped free and Second Class in the UK. Average delivery times are 3-5 days after dispatch.

 

Please Note an extra coast will be added for International shipping.

 

International shipping is standard and can take from 5 - 14 days, however please allow up to 21 days. Please not deliveries outside of the UK ( including the Channel Islands) are subject to customs clearance. If your order has not arrived within the given timeframe, then please contact me in the first instance, quoting your order number.

 

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, then a full refund will be offered within 14 days, provided the item is returned in it's original condition and packaging. 

 

Please note return postage is paid by the customer, so a tracked option is recommended, as lost parcels cannot be refunded.
